How to Pace Yourself


    Pace is the time commonly refered to as the time it takes you to run a mile. Pacing is important, because going too fast or too slow can have a huge impact on how much energy you're using. If you are planning to run a very long distance, you should go at a comfortably slow pace. If you're doing a quick lap or mile, you can probably go at a much faster pace because you don't have to run as long.
